ATOM Privacy Statement

Last Updated: October 31, 2022

introduction and overview

At Armoloy Corporation, privacy is important to us. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by The Armoloy Testing and Operational Metrics ("ATOM"), and it will notify you of the following:

a)       Privacy practices when we process personal information to provide the benefits of the ATOM platform, which is all of ATOM's services, sites, experiences, and software.

b)      Privacy practices when we process personal information as necessary to manage, run, improve, and develop ATOM and personalize your experience while interacting with ATOM.

c)       The choices available to you regarding the use of your data.

d)      The security procedures in place to protect against the misuse of your information.

The Armoloy Corporation determines the purposes and means of processing personal information, as described in this Privacy Statement, and therefore acts as a data controller for purposes recognized by certain data privacy laws. This Privacy Statement does not apply where Microsoft Inc. processes personal information as a service provider (or equivalent role under data privacy laws, such as data processor). To see Microsoft Inc.'s privacy statement as a service provider, view their privacy statement.

In certain circumstances, there may be more than one data controller processing your information. For example, your employer may also act as a data controller. In these situations, we act as an independent data controller over our processing activities - meaning that we determine how your personal information will be processed independently from the other data controllers. The other data controllers have their own obligations under applicable information privacy laws. The Armoloy Corporation is not responsible for the processing of other data controllers, and you should contact them directly for questions on how they process your personal information and for exercising your privacy rights about such processing.
